Aaaaaand We’re Back

Happy First of May people.  It is officially spring, the weather is gorgeous after a ridiculously cold winter, and my baby girl is just shy of 3 months old. She was born by water birth at home with midwives and she has such a sweet nature to her.  I’m looking forward to posting more about life with baby number 2 and sharing my birth experience.

Just so you know, I’m planning some upcoming talks over the summer months.  If you’re pre-natal or post-natal come on out to learn more about optimizing your pelvic health. You can check out the dates and times here or get up to date info on facebook.  Next appearance: Target Zone Health and Fitness in Ingersoll (May 5th),  Then on to West London Cross Fit (May 9th).    See you there.

Ibukun (aka The Mama’s Physio) is a pre and post-natal physiotherapist in London, Ontario.  Her super power? Saving the world, one pelvic floor at a time.
