An Interview on 106.9 The X – College Confidential

We were interviewed awhile back by a bright young woman, Emma, in the journalism and broadcasting program at Fanshawe College.  Her piece was focused on female health, the period movement, and current conversations surrounding issues in women’s health that were previously considered taboo.  106.9 The X is Fanshawe’s radio station which features a segment called “College Confidential”.  Our interview went live on the air and we’re pleased to share it with you now. It’s short and sweet to have a listen.  Emma interviews one of our therapists, Diana, about incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic pain, and how pelvic health physiotherapy can help – start in at 6:36 mins.

We think it’s great that upcoming generation is speaking about all. the. things. that those of us in our 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond didn’t dare to mention until now.  Their generation is bold, innovative and leading the conversation on female health.  We have a lot to learn from them!
