Maternal Sleep Positions

RESEARCH NERD ALERT!

According to this recent study, if you are pregnant and go to sleep on your back or right side, you’re not risking life and limb. There is no association with sleep position and adverse pregnancy or birth outcomes.

So go ahead and breathe a sigh of relief. Then get some much needed sleep – in whatever position you can find that’s comfortable!
