  • Post-partum mamas who are eager to get back to exercise, sports, boot camp, or training or any kind
  • Fit women who run, work out, train or compete who experience urinary leakage during their activity

  • Women who experience pelvic heaviness or pressure during or after activity, or who have been diagnosed with a pelvic organ prolapse
  • If pregnant, book your initial consultation during your 2nd trimester. If post-partum, it is best get checked 6-8 weeks after delivery. However it is never too late to get checked.
