Client centred – It’s all about you. You’re the expert of yourself – and I’m here to listen and learn who you are. My goal is to help you get where you want to go.

Holistic and integrative – I look at the whole you. I’m mindful that there are things within you and outside of you that shape who you are including body, mind, heart, spirit, and relationship realities (ie. bio-psycho-social factors). I’m mindful of the impact big and little “T” trauma has on bodies and psyches and you’ll experience compassion and respectful care from me.

Empowering – I want you to discover your own agency and unleash all the health potential just waiting to be discovered within your own body. I do this through sharing knowledge and teaching the brain & body skills you’ll need to help yourself.

Biotensegrity – The human body is a multidimensional, dynamic, connected, communicative, energetic, adaptable system with massive capacity. I help (re)train systems through movement, manual, myofascial, and mind-based methods. I approach my work with the tissues through a biotensegrity lens.

Evidence Informed – My approach to practice is informed by research evidence, clinical evidence, experiential evidence, cultural evidence (ie. the collective wisdom from bygone generations that has been preserved through time-tested traditions).
