On this path you’ll work on your own for a few months.  It may be suggested that you complete a vetted online program, work with a personal trainer, or see another aligned health professional.  After 3-4 months, you’ll complete an in person or virtual check-in with The Mama’s Physio to see how it’s going and make any adjustments needed.

Regularly occurring, individualized sessions that progress you faster towards your goals, keep you accountable, and remove all the guesswork.  This is the perfect path if you’re seeking care for a specific pelvic condition or perinatal health concern.

An incredibly unique, utterly comprehensive, all-inclusive program for the fully invested.  Journey with The Mama’s Physio during your pregnancy or postpartum year and get everything you need to thrive and glow along the way.

we might be a great fit IF

> You’re curious about your body, willing to engage with it, and believe it can change for the better.

> You take ownership over your health/healing, are willing to give physiotherapy a good go, and are prepared to do the necessary work.

> You don’t believe in band-aid solutions to health, and aren’t seeking physio for a superficial  fix.

> You do believe in progress over perfection – and you know that progress isn’t always linear.

> You’re willing to dig a bit deeper and explore how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, stressors, environment, lifestyle, lived experiences, and more may be showing up in/on your body.

> You’re open to an integrative approach to care – meaning you may hear suggestions that are unconventional but are extremely effective.

My passion and area of expertise lies in perinatal pelvic health – so I currently partner with women who are actively trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or within four years postpartum

Please note, physiotherapy services are for residents of Ontario only.  If you reside outside of Ontario and seek to work with me, please consider virtual perinatal health coaching.
